RPZ Certification Specifications

This program is available to multiple property, commercial management companies.

The specifications for the RPZ (Reduced Pressure Zone) Certification program are as follows:

1. Annual RPZ test / certification performed by a C.C.C.D.I. Licensed Plumber.
2. The certification is completed in triplicate and a copy is forwarded to the governing body and property owner.
3. Work is scheduled and completed automatically on an annual basis as needed. No time is required on your part for tracking / scheduling.
4. Any repairs required upon inspection / certification is to be completed on a time & material basis at our standard contract rates.
5. All information is tracked in our database and available at a moments notice to provide backup should you ever require said information.
6. All pricing is fixed and guaranteed during the term of the contract with the exception of specialized parts costs beyond our control. Labor pricing is however guaranteed.
7. Special requests for additional services are accommodated whenever possible and are priced upon request.
