Service Contracts
DRF offers annual service contracts for residential and commercial irrigation systems. We are able to offer over 80 years of combined experience in the irrigation installation / maintenance industry.
Our standard annual residential service contracts include (10 Zones or Less)1:
- Spring: Reconnect RPZ, turn on system and perform a complete inspection of system
- One-Time Adjustment & Clean & Regulate sprinkler heads for direction, throw and rate of discharge
- Backflow (RPZ) certification of dedicated irrigation backflow prevention device
- Fall: Turn off water, Disconnect RPZ and Blow-out System
- Watering updates via email to assist in water conservation
Our commercial service contracts are custom designed as per each customer's needs.

1The following services are not included under this contract: Pumps or pump controls, inadequate coverage caused by decrease in normal city water pressure, repairs due to damage caused by fire, flood, accident, construction, abuse, damage by others, alterations to, or extensions of the system. Basic Service Calls or System Repairs are not covered under this contract & will be billed at our standard minimum rates for a Service Call or Repair charge.
